Hi Neil,
I'm writing to thank you for the fantastic Safari experience that you made
possible for Demi and myself. Before we left for the Kruger National Park I was
feeling anxious, and especially coming from the hustle and bustle of life in
London I wasn't quite sure how I was going to take to the bush, and how the bush
was going to take to me.
Now that we are back home safe and sound I realize how ignorant it was of me to
think that I was going to be pounced on by a Lion the second we entered the
Kruger Park. I was pleasantly surprised with the first class accommodation that
we stayed in. To have that amazing view over the watering hole as you step out
of the front door was just incredible, not to mention having the beautiful Bush
Bucks wandering around the camp.
Getting up early in the morning was a bit hard on the system at first but once
you are up in search of the pride of Lions that you heard roar the night before,
and seeing the Hyena's running along the road side, then your senses soon become
very alert.
Driving around the park the air conditioned, spacious Combi was also made very
comfortable with the chairs being able to tilt, and turn in all kinds of
directions. Being a vegetarian can be a problem sometimes when it come to a
variety of food on holiday, however in this case I could see that the meals were
thought of well in advanced with a variety of foods available.
You obviously have a great deal of knowledge and respect for the Kruger Park,
and this was demonstrated when you spotted the pride of Lions on the riverbed
and how you pointed out the small Tortoise on the side of the road. I am very
grateful that you managed to provide me with a basic understanding of the bush
and the animals in it.
Thank you also for the amazing photo's you kindly took and developed for us
which will always be a great memento of our trip. This would be a holiday that I
would love to share with family and friends.
Kind Regards & Best Wishes
Clara Miller
