Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us.

 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic shipping policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please

allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges will be quoted by Bearded Heron Safaris via our supplier DHL.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

 

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

 

Bearded Heron Safaris is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All

fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc).

 

Damages

 

Bearded Heron Safaris is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International shipping policy

We currently ship in most countries and will provide an accurate quotation from our supplier DHL.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
